when i export a video with Filmora it gets slower randomly. thats why i never use it, i use Camtasia.

i click export, the sound effect go at random places and the video goes
2x slower. ive tried it sped up aswell, it just dosent work. it only
happend on Filmora, and i sped up a video on Camtasia Studio and it
turned out fine. I'd like to use Filmora but it just slows the video
down and breaks it. i dont know if its my pc or not.

filmora i bought the lifetime license and the video even when exported
at 1080p 60fps the video comes out blurry and seems compressed and my
original un-edited video isnt that way is there anyway to fix this issue
i dont have the money to buy sony vegas or adobe premiere
